more reason to get paid now. I hate it, but you can't blame them. Even now at a late stage in life a couple hundred K would make a huge impact. These guys know that it normally takes years or even decades of work to (maybe) accumulate that kind of money. They in this situation that none of us can understand. If someone said I could get paid 6x for what I already do I would have a hard time saying no.
