We’re planning an east coast family vacation and want any input. Flying into
Buffalo or Rochester. Start in Niagara Falls, then Palmyra, then a few days in New York City. Drive down to Philadelphia, Gettysburgh, and then finish in D.C. We’ll stop at other areas along the way to break up drives.
Total trip will be 12 days. How many days is the right amount in New York City? We’re planning on one day in Philadelphia, is that enough? And we’ll finish in DC and be there for the 4th of July. I assume it will be a madhouse but probably pretty cool for the holiday.
Any input on what I’ve laid out? Kids ages 9-15.
