pay big bucks to the school for tickets or donations then separately pay players since that is disconnected. There is a 4 year window for student athletes so they have to max revenue. There are not contracts and no enforcement. There is not clarity on what players are getting paid by fans or between schools. Unless players are up front schools have no clue what they need to pay a player to keep them. Then they have under cover agents getting paid to move them around. The list of conflicting issues goes on and on.
