This is how I used to draft youth baseball kids. My draft sheet had all kinds

of notes from tryouts about what I could hear the parents saying/ yelling.

Despite my own kids being below average players I never had a losing team because we always had great chemistry with few crazy parents and headcase kids.

I'm a big believer in dodging the crazy.
