It’s not going to work. There is a reason why most arenas are centrally located to the population base. I’m not arguing that Glendale is not currently thriving financially. It has grown a lot in the last 10 yrs. When the coyotes moved out there 20 yrs ago it was BFE. and the fanbase was lost. At the time the coyote fanbase WAS Scottsdale and EV. That’s where the majority of fans came from. Then the team struggle financially n part because no one wanted to make that trek and the team was not able to get any traction and the death spiral happened Trying to deny that as an issue is….🤷‍♂️ I was here during that time and went through it as a fan.

It’s not smart business practice to make it largely impractical to get to games. Just like you said, you rarely even go to phoenix… then you want a huge portion of the population base to make the journey from Scottsdale and the EV to Glendale? That’s not rational.
