That they decided who they wanted and they went out and got him.
I do think he'll be successful, but it's obviously not a guarantee. Lots of hires don't pan out and he does have some inherent challenges (lack of college/recruiting experience being the most notable). So I'm optimistic....but realize it might not go the way we all want. What I love is the process.
Going on it from 4 and goal at the inch line is (nearly always) the right choice. And even if you don't end up converting, that doesn't change what the right choice was. We'll see what happens with him and BYU, but I'm loving the process that got us here
