Locate the HDMI(ARC). I’d try to plug your receiver into that and then plug
other devices into the receiver. I have an Appletv and it lets me program the remote to run all peripherals, your Roku should do the same. I just have a soundbar with Dolby Atmos sound (that is what I plugged into ARC) and plugged my Apple TV into a standard HDMI on my tv and they all turn off and on together. So if that first option doesn’t work, try to plug your Roku into your tv (instead of the receiver) and when you turn that on and off it should signal everything else to turn on and off.
