I don't think that's how it works.
Rushing a name and design without sufficient research seems like it could damage long term profits if the branding is a half yewt job. Huge profits will come in regardless when the name and branding is finalized as long as it's done well. We already saw what happened last time Ryan Smith rushed a rebrand.
