He’s been double renting since they were built. A family in the main and upstairs and a separate family in the basement. Which is against city code.

Someone finally reported him to the city. The city told him he had to put to all the utilities in his name and take action regarding renting to multiple families in one dwelling.

I believe he’s now in the process of beginning to sell all his properties.
