experience from my own rentals. When/if I do buy the home it would be to flip it. I don't think any investor would buy something like this for a buy and hold.
Essentially I am buying the option to purchase the home at today's value but in 5 years. Idk what I will end up doing, but the owner is sick of all the headaches with the property and wants to sell. Maybe I'll just make him an offer above what opendoor would give him and go from there. Exploring the options.
