Nope. The odds it is anything to be concerned about is very low.
If it's a problem, it is because of a disease that would have other problems. You do not need to do anything to lower it.
It is most likely it is "Gilbert syndrome" or just normal for you.

The difference between 1.4 and 1.7 in your labs really probably was just related to how hydrated you were.

not a big deal at all as long as other labs are normal. Although there are some nuances (total vs direct bilirubin)
