The new change is overdue because last year's grass looked like it had some type of fungal infection. As a kid we moved around and I helped my late father put in a lot of grass fields and sprinkler systems. One place we lived was an acre and we had a huge back yard that was all grass. My dad only let us play sports on it if we maintained it. I remember playing a lot of flag football games that turned into tackle LOL.
