Every program has to make sure they recruit their home turf, and that is ESPECIALLY true for BYU.
There are only so many good players that would thrive (or who would want to thrive) in BYU's unique culture, so you've got to put focus on the home-grown guys. But it can't be the only focus. The world is our campus, so recruit wherever the good players are.
