I think he'd have decent value — but enough to risk his secure spot at BYU?
He's also set up through BYU on a pretty good international NIL alternative, right?
If he has any reasons to stay at BYU ultimately, I could see why he'd want to stay put & prove his dependability to his new HC.

Probably more simple than ironic. Players w a chance at better offers than BYU's - vs those who wouldn't get that.
