Some aren't so bad, some are destroyed.

I've had 2. They both had little things wrong that bugged me but were ok overall. Resale value sucks, but if that's not important, it could be a good deal. It's a gamble but it may be worth it for you.

I wouldn't do it again now, but we are at a point in our lives we don't need to roll the dice. Rewind the tape to when the dollars had to be stretched and I'd probably do it again.
