Interesting nuggets from Ryan in an interview regarding the Delta Center reno
It sounds like the Delta Center will be adopting an unbalanced look long term. The suites on one end will be removed and the stands will be raised to accommodate a "wall" similar to what the Clippers are constructing in their new arena. So the stands will actually have the ability to be raised and lowered based on the desired configuration to reach the glass in hockey or the baseline in basketball. At the other end additional suites will be added below the current suite level to create a wall of suites with a section of seating below them that extends to the glass/baseline.

The franchise history/statistics of the Coyotes will likely stay in Arizona unless they aren't restarted.

His idea is trying to network with entrepreneurs in the state to buy up some of the empty warehouses along the freeway and turn them into rinks so there are more places to play.
Here's the entire interview. The discussion of the renovation starts at about the 5:00 mark.
