Allergies in my early 30’s and would constantly get sinus infections. Started doing the Neti bottle nightly and it drastically reduced the number and severity. Eventually I did the allergy shots and they stopped entirely.

The Neti bottle is tremendously unpleasant at first - as one poster said, it feels like you are being water boarded. But it’s not as unpleasant as continual sinus infections.
