a good offensive second unit because they have too much money tied up in max contracts for Kevin Durant and Booker. I'm not pinning their struggles on Kevin Young. Management should never have mortgaged their future for a still good but aging Kevin Durant. They don't have a good enough bench to be a contender. Good second units cost $$$, but they can't afford it. The Suns were on a great trajectory before they traded for KD. They were just in the Finals recently, but now they are a team that will struggle annually to get out of the first round. Maybe this is one reason why Kevin Young is bolting. He sees the writing on the wall.
