“Airlines make your life difficult”. Yeah, being able to have a lunch mtg in NYC
And then still make it home for dinner and dance recitals in Seattle makes my life utterly challenging.
Good grief, we’re spoiled.
If any of us had a clue all the logistics involved in this, under all the rules and regulations we don’t realize they have to deal with, it would fry our brains just thinking about it.
It’s honestly impressive they run as well as they do.
Some of them could do with better customer service, but so could many industries we don’t seem to mind as much.
