They snap a picture and delete it right after it confirms who you are and your whole party walks in. No scanning, no tickets.

Coincidentally I’m working on a robust privacy policy at work so I read through the entire mlb policy. I’m sure people will be horrified of it, but it was convenient and I’m okay with mlb having a scan of my face.

Will be interesting to see how it is used in the future. Criminals having scans during their mug shots means a government camera could pick them up out in public. Eventually they could identify replicants and stuff.
