On her deposition in a Kansas City Missouri federal court sometime around 2011 is the one I’m thinking of.

Judge’s clerk called me 6 months after the order was issued and said she was in federal prison in Leavenworth and asked how soon I could get out there to take the deposition.

I said I would be on the next flight.

She had apparently been a total pain to get, and the judge was pissed I guess, because the clerk said (and this was on, I think, a Tuesday or Wednesday) that the judge was thinking it might be best if we waited till sometime next week.
