Everybody could see that is what was going to happen. The NCAA did everything

they could to stop it. But it's just not legal to stop businesses from hiring whoever they want and paying them whatever they want for doing that.

And I still don't see how turning players into employees does anything about this. Businesses can still pay NIL to any player they want for any amount they want.
