Combing through the bonus features (thank you optical discs!) for season 3. They even had a short featurette on Boker (Bear). Pretty funny. Boker didn't say a whole lot. His trainers did though when talking about working with Boker to get him ready for various scenes.
They also had the Comic Con interviews that they did before season 3. Some interesting stuff from the cast.
Jim Caviezel (Reese) didn't say much. But the first thing he talked about was how great the writing and writing team are. Said he couldn't praise them enough for the scripts.
One of the audience questions was to Jonathan Nolan (creator). They asked him where they get all of their information for the show and Jonathan light-heartily replied "from the news."
Michael Emerson (Finch) is hilarious. He seems to have some comedic timing. Among other things the audience asked about Bear. His response. "People love Boker. I think they love Boker more than they do me. I only hope Boker allows me to return for next season." Also did not know that it was Michael's actual wife who portrays his love interest. He said making those scenes work wasn't as easy as you might think they were. Just because of the whole character vs wife dynamic when shooting scenes.
Sarah Shahi (Shaw). Uh, wow. It's amazing what she looks like when she doesn't have to look like Rambo. Draw whatever conclusions you may from that.
Amy Acker (Root). Needless to say Amy isn't as serious as Root is.
Both Sarah and Amy said that reading each new script was like "opening a present." Just because they said you knew it would be good material as well as some surprises in store.
As you would expect Nolan and Greg Plageman (producer) had some pretty fascinating insight into AI, technology, government, etc.
