I live in Salt Lake. My manager lives in Columbus.
My closest teammate, other than my manager, lives in LA or Reno or somewhere in Eastern Euope. We've stopped trying to keep track of where he is.
My boss's boss lives in Salt Lake and his boss lives in Tennessee. That guy's boss is somewhere in a midwestern state. His boss lives in Salt Lake and that guy's boss lives in France, Greece, and Miami.
None of them normally work in a company building.
