I've thought for a couple of weeks that Eagles would move up to #12
to get Quinyon Mitchell. Denver could be fine moving back to #22 to get Penix so I thought that would work for both sides.
I hadn't considered the Colts moving back.
AND, this has Quinyon Mitchell available at #23. If he really does slide back that far, the Eagles moving up would be a huge mistake.
