To be fair, Utah has played in 4 in a row when QB1 has stayed healthy. That was with
5-6 programs that were markedly superior to Utah in talent, brand and resources.
That said, a 16-team conference with most teams relatively on par with each other in terms of brand, talent and resources; it's going to be extremely difficult for any team to win.
Need some luck, favorable schedule, a few upsets, everyone to stay healthy...a few stars to emerge.
Vegas still has Utah as the odds on favorite...but it's still unlikely.
