Situation and coaching matter more than most people recognize
A QB people think is horrible may look better elsewhere or vice versa.
...a good example of that may be a guy like Jalen Hurts. He's okay, but he had an easy time playing behind the best line in the NFL as well as with AJ Brown, Davonta Smith, and Dallas Goedert when he was coached by Steichen.
