Point being ... he passed the ball well when they called on him to do it.
He had a good TD/Int ratio, Yds/Attempt, and Rating.
I didn't say he'd lead BYU to a Big 12 championship, #5 ranking, a 12-2 overall record and a Sugar Bowl win did I? Just trying to point out that he was a good QB that year. Sure, maybe his OC decided to go with a younger guy so he transferred and got injured. Doesn't mean he's dog meat and can't have a good year for us.
