He got rejected by MIT too, as well as apparently every other elite university
he applied to, unless Utah was truly the third choice of a guy who wanted to go to Massachusetts for school. The rest of his application material must have been not as great as he is capable of.

It’s really not. Too many kids are going to BYU in spite of what it stands for and not because of it.
