important than what I eat. I have made it a point to put food on a (small) plate. Make it look as appetizing as possible. Sit at a table. Leave my electronics off or put them away while eating. Be mindful of the taste and texture as I eat. Put my utensil down while I chew. Take time to chat, if I am eating with someone. Making it a separate experience (instead of multitasking) has not only made what I eat more enjoyable, I feel more satiated and it lasts longer. That is a new experience for me. I have arguably been the fastest eater I know. Psychology is pretty cool.
