1. Courtney Wayment (On) and Lexy Halladay (unattached) are competing against each other today in the Steeplechase. Courtney has a good chance (80%) of making the Olympics and Lexy has a decent chance (25%) of making the Olympics.

They both train under Diljeet. However, I don’t ever see them training together. Not sure what to make of that.

2. Jenna Hutchins and Sadie Sargent are running the 5000m together. Both of these gals are fit. Would love to see them break their top 10 PBs (Jenna - 15:35, Sadie - 15:45).

3. Jacey Farmer and Anastaysia Davis are running in Heat 2 of the 5000m. Both of these gals are on the cusp of breaking into the top seven in cross-country. If we see them go sub-16:10, that bodes very well for them.

4. Lucas Bons is in Heat 1 of the 1500m with some studs from Washington and Stanford. Curious if he can get close to his 3:37 PB from three years ago.

5. James Corrigan is running in the Steeplechase. The cross-country All-American has yet to put it all together on the track, though he is showing progress. Would love to see him further drop his PB of 8:46 and go sub-8:40.
