Only they and the city failed to let anyone know the work was going to start. Crews just showed up one morning and started digging where the easement is in peoples front yards without telling them and it was causing a lot of confrontations.

Finally the city and comcast admitted they handled things wrong by not letting us know so the neighborhoods after ours they started putting fliers on doors and such to let them know work was about to commence.

People were still ticked about holes being dug in their yards.
