Since that article came out, Saunders and Hall announced that they're coming back. I wonder if they put the Cougs back into the top 15 again. Basically no difference now from when they first put out their rankings.

Maybe the first rankings went out before Khalifa and Atiki entered the Portal, but I don't think those two guys would move the needle THAT much.
