Also, with at team like ATL that decided to "hoard" a 1st round QB,
It means more slots are available to fill. It's perfectly fine for ATL to pick how they want, but going for Penix in the 1st round when Cousins is ready to go was a bit weird. Maybe they'll trade for more picks or something.
