folks there are in mobile homes with no insurance (something about them being manufactured pre 1970 or something?). Basically, they’re without recourse for the most part.

Not the same situation in Omaha, I know, but I’m always think about how I’d never want to live in an area like that, or pretty much anywhere in Oklahoma (since they seem to get the worst of it!).
