I've never heard of someone listing top 3 schools without holding offers to them
Actually, I take it back, I do vaguely remember a kid from a couple years ago who claimed offers to like ND, Alabama, etc, but he ended up going to some small local school because the offers were fake. But that was big enough news that it was kind of a national joke, more the exception than the rule.
If he has us in his top 3, it's implied he has an offer. And he should, he'd be a huge pickup for us.
