In a world where it seems that people are guilty until proven innocent I would
Suggest that the fact that his accuser's case was just dismissed means that there was literally nothing there. No sense in raking a kid over the coals just because someone accused him of something in the past. All it would literally take is for one of these kids who may have slipped up in the past to have a girlfriend come out and say it wasn’t consent and then they would have to through it too. If the kids can get an ecclesiastical endorsement to get into BYU it would be good enough for me at this point. If he wants to come here, joe bout we think about what it could do for him as a person as opposed to worrying about his past.
