He got rather aggitated one time even, saying he just wanted to win & didn't care whether he started or not.
This was when Pope was having a talk with him hoping to soften the blow of not starting. It bugged him that Pope wouldn't realize he cared more about the team than that. Remember at the time he sounded frustrated which Jax doesn't normally show that sort of emotion. Thought it was a great perspective & showed great maturity. How can you not love a guy like that on your team?
