at 3 universities (A&M, Arkansas, BYU) and he doesn't have strong cultural ties to the west and BYU other than friendships and his positive experience here.

Unless there is some graduate program here that he would love or his friendship with teammates is out of this world, I would guess he goes transfers somewhere else if he doesn't stay in the draft.
