I had it last year. Worst agony ever. Only relief is having your spouse scratch
It but that makes it 1000x worse. There is a FB group for it it’s well known. I think I remember that diluted peppermint oil is one of the most agreed-upon treatments. I’m not sure how much you need to dilute it so look it up.
