Most of it high density. Investors are coming into multi family gold rush style assuming endless demand.
My city is full of 2-3 months of free rent deals at the dozens of complexes that popped up in the last year.
I'd be more worried about ending up with abandoned buildings in 10 years than too much growth. Some markets will absorb the growth. Some won't. Anyone's guess which one is which in Idaho falls. I'd guess those complexes struggle in the long run. Too much room outbuild a housing shortage in IF with so much open space.
