POLL: Have you ever done a sleep study and NOT been prescribed a C pap?
I’ve never snored my whole life. My wife says I don’t snore. I’m 20 lbs over weight and run 15 miles a week while hitting the gym in between.
I don’t sleep well at all. Mostly can’t fall asleep and when I do a jerk myself awake with arm and leg movements.
My results… I need a c pap…. Because a mask will help me fall asleep I guess…
It really feels like they are just cashing checks when a c pap is purchased

I’ve done three sleep study tests. The first two were overnight stays where I slept terribly at the facility. Both times
