At Kentucky he already knows the system, BYU he doesn’t. So that’s one factor. Another factor is playing with better talent surrounding him, takes pressure off of him where if he isn’t on, the team’s win probability takes a massive nose dive, that’s a lot of pressure. At the NBA level it’s not proving that he can be the man like a Devin Booker, it’s to prove he can be like a Mikal Bridges or Herb Jones, so being the #1 option isn’t his main goal.
