I tried that on Friday night. I missed an email that cost me 2 hours of my Sat. Had I seen the email on Friday it would
have taken 2 minutes out of my day.
I think being tied to my email/phone creates more freedom than not. Good days and bad days of course... but overall I feel I'm able to have more freedom because I pay attention to my phone.
