I get most people will view his movies as incredibly moronic and stupid, but for whatever reason — my generation, being raised in southern California, the group of friend I ran with, etc. aligns with and finds movies like pineapple express, forgetting Sarah Marshall, knocked up, etc. reminiscent of high school and hilarious.

I still quote scenes from these all the time with my friends. And I didn't even smoke weed.
