of bringing you into the world of this chaotic dysfunctional family, just giving you little glimpses into the backstory at a time. My wife didn't like it much the first season, and by the end of season two it was her favorite show on TV.
I don't even care about restaurants, but the writing and acting in that show are so good that they could have made it about a family who ran a telephone book business and I would probably still watch it.
