Bought it 7 years ago for a good deal. put another 15% into improvements.
Love the location with the lake and the mountains. We boat and have OHVs and it is an excellent area for both.
2 1/2 hour drive for us to get there.
Bear Lake has exploded in value so we are selling it now for triple our investment.
