Not sure where to categorize this, as I'm thinking pee wee, high school, college, and NFL.
I played a little bit of high school football and have seen a few public practices at BYU years ago. BYU practices seemed similar to my high school (i.e., position drills, 7-on-7, full team), but BYU didn't do any conditioning. We would run wind sprints every practice except the night before the game. Would conditioning like wind sprints be a part of their weight-room experience?
For those of you who have direct or indirect experience with football at these different levels, what are practices like at each level.
