I tried "light well" today. I went back and forth as to whether there was a

difference. I'm not convinced they're better, but they're definitely not worse. I ate alone, so I didn't have a baseline to compare against. I appreciate the suggestion and will likely use it in the future if I can remember what to call it (I'm not a fan of the hidden menu).
