after two very long medical battles. Just as important, it helped me build a positive outlook on life. (Creating a strong connection to Christ was a key factor, too - but I've already had one post recategorized today. Ha ha!)
Yeah, I harp on it. But stronger bones, bigger muscles, more effective immune system, better body image, increasing confidence, sharper mind, renewed energy, a better outlook on life — it's like magic. Who doesn't want that? "Hey, I've got meds for that." Nah, you're not gonna find all that in a pill bottle. And no, ya don't gotta buy no gym membership. "Too, rah rah, bro." Alright, I hear ya. But I just wrapped up a great early afternoon workout, so I'm feeling good - body and soul. And I care, man, I really do . . . alright, I don't know ya. But if I did know ya, I'd really, really care.
